I enjoy working with couples, adults, and teens. My approach is holistic, compassionate, and authentic with sessions that are organic or more structured based on the needs of each client.
Couples: I enjoy working with couples from all backgrounds to improve communication, conflict patterns, and heal from relational wounds. My work is grounded in the Gottman Method, Emotional Focused Therapy (EFT), and tailored to the unique needs of each relationship.
Teens: I specialize in issues around stress, anxiety, peer and family relationships, self-esteem, and emotional regulation. My work with teens is grounded in building a safe therapeutic relationship, collaborative goal-setting, and supportive, engaging sessions.
Adult individuals: I specialize in mindfulness, self-care, improving relationships, boundaries and communication, attachment, , expanding emotional intelligence, and more. I am currently working on expanding my practice of Internal Family Systems (IFS).
About me: I am from Seattle and attended college in Ohio at The College of Wooster. I have worked in various fields- optometry, landscaping, shipping logistics, and went back to school for a counseling degree in 2018.
Outside of therapy work I like to spend time with loved ones including my 2 cats, make yummy food, do yoga, sports, board games, and crafts.
